At SRV Studio, we specialize in high-quality podcast recording, video production, reel creation, and end-to-end content support for podcasters, content creators, brands, founders, and businesses. Our mission is to provide a seamless, stress-free production experience so you can focus on what truly matters – your story, your voice, and your growth.
Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of creators and brands, helping them produce impactful conversations, engaging videos, and platform-ready content through a combination of creative expertise, professional equipment, and streamlined workflows.
This Studio Policy & Terms of Service document is designed to clearly outline:
- Our booking and scheduling process
- Payment and cancellation terms

- Responsibilities of both SRV Studio and the client
By booking or using our studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined in this document. These policies exist to ensure a smooth, fair, and professional experience for all creators who work with us.
We believe in transparency, mutual respect, and long-term creative partnerships and these policies help us maintain that standard.

Booking Terms
- All studio sessions must be pre-booked.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment (full or partial, as communicated at the time of booking).
- Studio packages, add-ons, and shoot requirements must be finalized before 48hr the session date.
- Walk-in bookings are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.
- Payment Policy
- Full payment must be completed before data handover.
- No raw footage, edited files, or audio/video data will be released until the entire outstanding amount is cleared.
- Any additional services availed during or after the shoot (extra time, 4K recording, editing, reels, etc.) will be billed separately.
Data Handover Policy
- Raw footage and/or edited files will be delivered only after full payment confirmation.
- Data delivery timelines depend on the selected package and services.
- Once data is handed over, SRV Studio is not responsible for data loss on the client’s side. Clients are advised to back up their files immediately.
- Rights & Usage
- The client retains full rights to their recorded content once payment is completed.
- SRV Studio may use short clips or behind-the-scenes content for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Studio Time & Overtime
- Studio time starts and ends strictly as per the booked slot.
- Late arrivals will not extend the session time.
- Overtime usage is subject to availability and will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
- Any setup or breakdown time is included within the booked session unless stated otherwise.
- Studio Usage Guidelines
- Clients must handle all studio equipment with care.
- Any damage to equipment or property caused by the client or guests will be chargeable.
- Food and beverages near equipment are discouraged.
- SRV Studio reserves the right to stop the session if studio rules are violated.
Creative & Editing Scope
- Editing and deliverables are limited to the scope defined in the selected package.
- Additional revisions, edits, or creative changes beyond the package will be charged separately.
- Final creative decisions for editing style remain collaborative but aligned with SRV Studio’s professional standards.
- External Storage & Equipment
- Clients are encouraged to bring their own hard drives if required.
- SRV Studio retains project data for 14 days post-delivery. Clients must download and back up files upon receipt of the cloud link. Data retrieval after this period is not guaranteed.
- Any external equipment brought must be compatible and approved by the studio team.
- SRV Studio is not responsible for third-party equipment malfunction.
Cancellation Policy
- By confirming a booking with SRV Studio, the client agrees to the following terms:
- All cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time.
- Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the session will be considered a late cancellation.
- Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds, as studio time, equipment, and crew are pre-allocated.
- Refund Policy
- Bookings cancelled 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot
- No-shows or abandoned sessions
- Delays caused by the client that reduce shoot time
While refunds are available, SRV Studio strongly encourages rescheduling instead, allowing creators to retain their slot value and avoid rebooking at a later date.
Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule their session up to 48 hours prior to the booked time at no additional charge.
- Rescheduling requests within 48 hours are subject to studio discretion and availability.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.
- All rescheduling is subject to studio availability, especially during peak hours.
- Overruns & Extensions
- Sessions exceeding the booked duration will be charged additionally as per the applicable hourly rate.
- Time extensions are subject to availability and must be approved during the session.
Force Majeure
- SRV Studio is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, power failures, natural events, or government restrictions.
Policy Acceptance
- Booking a session at SRV Studio implies acceptance of all studio policies listed above.
- Policies are subject to change without prior notice.
